Our founder started this Ministry after returning from a mission trip in Tanzania in 2007. As she watched the intense hardships that women in their country faced, she realized that most women face many of the same challenges here at home. Her ultimate goal is to inspire others to empower their dreams!

At a conference in Raleigh, North Carolina, Shaniece met inspirational speaker, Priscilla Shirer whose love of sharing the gospel inspired her to host her first women’s conference.
She now works full-time as a teacher of God’s divine word.
